REMOVAL SERVICE POINT



<<A>> CLIP REMOVAL



1.Push up the claws of the clip using a screwdriver, etc., and then remove the clip from the bracket together with the transmission control cable.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

1.
caution Securely insert the clip, and transmission control cable until they click into place.
After installing the new clip to the cable bracket of the transmission, install the transmission control cable to the cable bracket.
note The clip is reversible.
2.Move the selector lever and manual control lever to the "N" position.

caution
  • Confirm that the width across flats of the cable end, matches a long hole of manual control lever.
  • Before assembling between a manual control lever and an cable end of transmission control cable, release taking a hold on an cable end once, and it’s surely confirmed that it doesn’t take tension on.
Use the adjusting nut to tighten the transmission control cable to the specified torque.
Tightening torque:
9.5 ± 3.5 N·m
