REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Pre-removal and post-installation operation

Under Cover Front Removal and Installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover <Vehicles for Thailand>, <Except vehicles for Thailand>).
Engine Coolant Draining and Refilling (Refer to GROUP 14 - On-vehicle Service - Engine Coolant Replacement .)
Battery and Battery Tray Removal and Installation (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery .)

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

>>A<< WATER RETURN HOSE

1.Align the marking on the water return hose with the projection on the nipple of the radiator.

2.Connect the water return hose to the CVT fluid cooler so that the hose marking faces toward the vehicle front. Install the clamp so that its tabs are parallel to the radiator.

>>B<< WATER FEED HOSE INSTALLATION

1.Align the marking on the water feed hose with the projection on the nipple of the radiator.

2.Engage the water feed hose into the clip A behind the cooling fan shroud.
3.Connect the water feed hose to the CVT fluid cooler so that the hose marking faces toward the vehicle front. Install the clamp so that its tabs are parallel to the radiator.
