DISASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS

<<A>> A/C COMPRESSOR CLUTCH ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

Insert a flat-tipped screwdriver as shown to counterhold the tool, and then remove the bolt.

note

Make sure the flat-tipped screwdriver does not contact the spring, which will cause it to be damaged.

REASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS

>>A<< AIR GAP ADJUSTMENT

Check whether or not the air gap of the clutch is within the standard value.
Standard value:
0.3 - 0.6 mm

note

If there is a deviation of the air gap from the standard value, replace the A/C compressor clutch assembly and then adjust the air gap by using shims.
