Install a new gasket is positioned
as shown in the illustration.

- The fuel injectors are classified into
A, B and C by the injection
quantity. When replacing one of fuel
injectors, use a same identification
mark fuel injector
as the other fuel injectors.
- When replacing the fuel injectors of all
cylinders, use the same identification
mark fuel injectors.

Use care not to let engine oil
enter the delivery pipe.
|
1.Apply clean engine oil to the
O-ring.
2.Insert the injector into the delivery
pipe.
3.Make sure the injector rotates
smoothly.
If not, remove the injector to check the O-ring
for damage, and replace the O-ring if
necessary. Then, reinstall the injector and check that it
rotates smoothly.

Connect the injector securely,
having no air leakage
from the insulator.

Install the insulator, connecting securely to
injector without the clearance.

Install a new gasket so that the
projection is positioned as shown in the
illustration.
