caution When the detonation sensor is replaced, initialise the learned value using M.U.T.-III (Refer to GROUP 00 - Precautions before Service, Initialisation Procedure for Learning Value in MPI Engine ).
Pre-removal Operation
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front Removal (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
  • Oil Filter Removal (Refer to GROUP 12 - On-vehicle Service, Oil Filter Replacement ).
  • Oil Filter Cover Removal (Refer to GROUP 11B - Oil Pan and Timing Chain Case ).

 Post-installation Operation
  • Oil Filter Cover Installation (Refer to GROUP 11B - Oil Pan and Timing Chain Case ).
  • Oil Filter Installation (Refer to GROUP 12 - On-vehicle Service, Oil Filter Replacement ).
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front Installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
