METHOD OF READING THE DIAGNOSIS CODE

1.Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position while pushing the SET - switch. Then, within one second, release the SET - switch and push the RES + switch.

2.Read a diagnosis code by observing the flash display pattern of the cruise control indicator lamp in the combination meter.

Other on-board diagnosis items are also output as voltage waveforms corresponding to diagnosis code numbers.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
