Pre-removal operation
  • Loosen the clutch cable (transmission side) adjusting nut as far as possible.

caution
  • Use long-nose pliers to hold the clutch interlock switch bracket to avoid damage to the clutch interlock switch. Then remove the clutch interlock switch.

caution
  • When installing the clutch cable to the clutch pedal, make sure that there are no bends in the inner cable. In addition, when installing the clutch cable in clutch pedal and release lever, be careful of an inner cable not to bend by force.
  • Install the grommet securely to the dash panel.
