OUTLINE OF CHANGE

The following functions have been added for the headlamp. The high-visibility discharge headlamp has been employed in some vehicles.

The coming home light function has been added. With this function, the driver can turn on the headlamp for a certain period of time by pulling the lighting switch when getting off the vehicle.
The welcome light function has been added. With this function, the driver can turn on the tail lamp (initial setting) or headlamp for a certain period of time by unlocking the keyless entry.
Switching of the high-beam and low-beam illumination of the discharge headlamp is controlled by moving the lightproof board in the projector unit according to the signal from the column switch (lighting switch).
For the position lamp built in the discharge headlamp assembly, a LED type lamp has been used.

As the coming home light function, welcome light function, and discharge headlamp have been employed, the service procedure has been changed as follows. The other service procedures are the same as before.
