DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION
If the signal indicating that the ETACS-ECU has completed to write the vehicle identification information data has not been sent, diagnosis code No. U1197 is set.
CHECK CONDITION
When the following condition is satisfied.
The ignition switch is ON.
PROBABLE CAUSES
Malfunction of the CAN bus line
Variant coding has not been implemented.
Malfunction or incorrect installation of the ETACS-ECU
