DAMPER CONTROL MOTOR ASSEMBLY INSPECTION


CHECK THE MODE SELECTION DAMPER CONTROL MOTOR AND POTENTIOMETER
caution Stop energising when the lever is set to the operation stopping position.

MOTOR CHECK
Battery connection (+) terminal
 Battery connection
(-) terminal
 Lever operation

 Rotate to the FACE <LHD>, DEF <RHD> side

 Rotate to the DEF <LHD>, FACE <RHD> side
2.Potentiometer check
    When the resistance value between connector terminals 3 and 4 <LHD>, 2 and 6 <RHD> is measured while checking the motor, check that the resistance value changes gradually within the standard value.
Standard value: 1.20 (FACE) - 4.80 (DEF) kΩ <LHD>
Standard value: 1.98 (FACE) - 4.80 (DEF) kΩ <RHD>

2.Potentiometer check

Standard value: 1.38 (MAX COOL) - 4.80 (MAX HOT) kΩ <LHD>
Standard value: 1.20 (MAX COOL) - 4.80 (MAX HOT) kΩ <RHD>
