1.Align the timing mark of
the rocker shaft holder with the timing mark (notch) of the
V.V.T.
sprocket.
2.Align the crankshaft sprocket keys
with illustrated positions. Therefore, the No.
1 cylinder is set at the top dead centre on its compression
stroke.

3.Align the timing mark of
the crankshaft sprocket with the link plate (blue) to loop
the
timing chain.
|
|
4.Align the centre link
plate of three blue ones with the V.V.T. sprocket timing
mark (one
circular), and then install the timing
chain.
5.Make sure that the timing mark of each
sprocket is aligned with the link plate (blue)
of the timing chain at all of two locations.
