1.Start the engine and allow
it to warm up until the temperature of the engine coolant
reaches 80°C to 90°C.

Use care as engine oil could
be hot.

Remove the engine oil filler cap.
|

3.Remove the engine room
under cover front B (Refer to GROUP 51 -
Under Cover).

4.Remove the engine oil pan
drain plug to drain engine oil.
|
|
5.Install a new engine oil
pan drain plug gasket and then tighten the engine oil pan
drain plug to the specified torque. Tightening
torque: 39 ±
5 N·m

6.Refill with specified
quantity of engine oil. Specified Engine
Oil
- ACEA classification:
"For service C1, C2, C3 or C4"
- JASO classification: "For service DL-1"
Total quantity (Includes volume inside engine oil
filter and engine oil cooler): 7.5
L 7.Install the engine oil filler
cap. 8.Let the engine run for a few
minutes. 9.Stop the engine, and then check the
engine oil level using the engine oil level gauge
after a few minutes. 10.Install the engine room
under cover front B (Refer to GROUP 51 -
Under Cover).
