Diagnostic Table ). Then go to Step 5.

Using M.U.T.-III, check the data list (Refer to data list reference table ).

Is the check result normal?

Check the transmission system (Refer to GROUP 23A - Troubleshooting,
Inspection Procedures for Diagnosis Code, Code No.P0705: Malfunction of Inhibitor Switch <CVT>,
GROUP 23C - Troubleshooting, Inspection Procedures for Diagnosis Code, Code No.P0705:
Malfunction of Inhibitor Switch <A/T>). Then go to Step
5.

Diagnosis Function <CVT>, GROUP 23C - Troubleshooting,
Diagnosis Function <A/T>).

Is any diagnosis code stored?

Repair the transmission system (Refer to GROUP 23A - Troubleshooting,
Diagnosis Code Chart <CVT>, GROUP 23C - Troubleshooting, Diagnosis
Code Chart <A/T>). Then go to Step 5.

When the selector lever is set to "N" position, is the cruise control cancelled?

It can be assumed that this malfunction is intermittent (Refer to GROUP 00 - How
to Use Troubleshooting/Inspection Service Points, How to Cope with Intermittent Malfunction ).

Replace the engine-ECU (Refer to GROUP 13A - Engine-ECU <4B1>,
GROUP 13B - Engine-ECU <6B3>). Then go to Step
5.
