REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION <4M40>


Pre-removal Operation
  • Under Skid Plate and Engine Room Under Cover (Front) Removal (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
  • Engine Oil Draining <4M4> (Refer to ).
  • Engine Coolant Draining (Refer to GROUP 14 - On-vehicle Service, Engine Coolant Replacement ).
  • Turbocharger Assembly Removal (Refer to GROUP 15 - Inlet, Exhaust Manifold and Turbocharger ).

 Post-installation Operation
  • Turbocharger Assembly Installation (Refer to GROUP 15 - Inlet, Exhaust Manifold and Turbocharger ).
  • Engine Coolant Refilling (Refer to GROUP 14 - On-vehicle Service, Engine Coolant Replacement ).
  • Engine Oil Refilling <4M4> (Refer to ).
  • Under Skid Plate and Engine Room Under Cover (Front) Installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).

Insert the O-ring to pipe, and coat the outer circumference of the O-ring with water.
