GENERAL INFORMATION
By using the
auto-cruise control, the driver can drive at preferred speeds
in a range of approximately 40 to 165 km/h without depressing the
accelerator pedal.
For this auto-cruise control system, in
conjunction with the electronically-controlled
throttle valve system, the engine-ECU <M/T>
or engine-A/T-ECU <A/T>
electronically
controls the throttle valve <6G7>.
For this auto-cruise
control system, in conjunction with the electronically-controlled
fuel injection system, the engine-ECU electronically controls the fuel
injection system <4M41>.
