DIAGNOSIS FUNCTION


METHOD OF READING THE DIAGNOSIS CODE <6G7>

1.Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position while pushing the "COAST/SET" switch. Then, within one second, release the "COAST/SET" switch and push the "ACC/RES" switch.

2.Read a diagnosis code by observing the flash display pattern of the auto-cruise control indicator lamp in the combination meter.

When the diagnosis code number 23 is output
 When no diagnosis code is output




note Other on-board diagnosis items are also output as voltage waveforms corresponding to diagnosis code numbers.

METHOD OF READING THE DIAGNOSIS CODE <4M41>
Use the M.U.T.-III to read the diagnosis code (Refer to GROUP 00 - How to Use Troubleshooting/Inspection Service Points, Diagnosis Function ).

METHOD OF ERASING THE DIAGNOSIS CODE <6G7>
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

METHOD OF ERASING THE DIAGNOSIS CODE <4M41>
Use the M.U.T.-III to erase the diagnosis code (Refer to GROUP 00 - How to Use Troubleshooting/Inspection Service Points, Diagnosis Function ).
