DISASSEMBLY SERVICE POINT

<<A>> BALLBEARING REMOVAL

Use special tool Remover (MD998801), remove the ball bearing.

REASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS

>>A<< BALL BEARING INSTALLATION

Use special tools to install the ball bearing.

  • Installer cap (MD998812)
  • Installer-200 (MD998814)
  • Installer adapter (50) (MD998824)

>>B<< SNAP RING INSTALLATION

Select and install a proper snap ring so that the end play of the rear output shaft bearing will have the standard value.
Standard value: 0 - 0.08 mm

>>C<< SNAP RING INSTALLATION

Select and install a proper snap ring so that the clearance between the annulus gear and rear output shaft will have the standard value.
Standard value: 0 - 0.08 mm
