  1. Use the M.U.T.-III and the SWS monitor to check "DATA LIST." This "DATA LIST" check is applicable for signals, which are transmitted and received through the SWS communication line and the communication lines routed from one door to another.
    note If a problem is found in the "DATA LIST" check, refer to the Problems during Input Signal Check (Refer to ).
  2. The following input signals can be checked by using the M.U.T.-III and the SWS monitor.

  1. When checking the input signals (off, tail, low-beam or high-beam), turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position in order to disable the headlamp automatic-shutdown function. However, the titles on the M.U.T.-III screen will not be highlighted as this has nothing to do with actual lamp operation.
  2. For checking item "HEADLAMP HI", the M.U.T.-III displays "OFF" on the item No.2 "DIMMER SW" when the headlamps are at high-beam. Therefore, the M.U.T.-III should display "ON" momentarily when the dimmer switch is operated.
