CIRCUIT OPERATION


When the A/C indicator flashes, A/C-ECU determines if the refrigerant amount is less than the specified amount or the refrigerant pressure is abnormal from the two systems of the ambient temperature and refrigerant pressure, and the room temperature and air thermo sensor.

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE


STEP 1. M.U.T.-III diagnosis code


Check that the diagnosis code related to the A/C is not set.

Q. Is the check result normal?

Go to Step 2.
Carry out the diagnosis code procedures. Refer to .

STEP 2. Remove the refrigerant, and fill it to the specified amount.


Remove the refrigerant and fill it to the specified amount. Then check if the A/C operates normally. Refer to .

STEP 3. Recheck the trouble symptom


Check that the compressor works normally.

Replace the A/C-ECU.
