Pre-removal Operation
  • Engine Cover Removal (Refer to GROUP 11G - Engine Assembly ).
  • Engine Coolant Draining (Refer to ).
  • Air Duct Removal (Refer to GROUP 15 - Air Cleaner ).

Post-installation Operation
  • Air Duct Installation (Refer to GROUP 15 - Air Cleaner ).
  • Engine Coolant Refilling (Refer to ).
  • A/T Fluid Supplying and Checking (Refer to GROUP 23C - On-vehicle Service, A/T Fluid Check ) <A/T>.
  • Engine Cover Installation (Refer to GROUP 11G - Engine Assembly ).

REMOVAL SERVICE POINTS



<<A>> RADIATOR HOSE REMOVAL



Make mating marks on the radiator hose and the hose clip as shown to install them in the original position.

<<B>> A/T FLUID COOLER HOSE AND PIPE REMOVAL


Disconnect the hose from the radiator, and plug the hose and nipple of the radiator to prevent the entry of dust and dirt.

<<C>> RADIATOR ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


1.Remove the A/C condenser assembly mounting bolts.
2.Remove the radiator assembly from the vehicle.
3.After the radiator assembly is removed, tie the A/C condenser assembly to an adjacent component.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

1.Insert the radiator hose until the protrusion of the pipe.
2.Align the mating marks on the radiator hose and hose clip.
