Pre-removal Operation
  • Fuel Delivery Pipe and Injector Assembly Removal (Refer to GROUP 13B - Injector ).

 Post-installation Operation
  • Fuel Delivery Pipe and Injector Assembly Installation (Refer to GROUP 13B - Injector ).
  • Inlet upper manifold and Inlet middle manifold Installation (Refer to ).
  • Fuel Leakage Inspection.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

>>A<< INLET MANIFOLD INSTALLATION
1.Stud of cylinder head side must be under wet condition equivalent for stick of rust prevention oil.

2.Tighten the nuts on the left bank to 6.5 ± 1.5 N·m.
3.Tighten the nuts on the right bank to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 22 ± 1 N·m
4.Tighten the nuts on the left bank to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 22 ± 1 N·m
5.Tighten the nuts on the right bank to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 22 ± 1 N·m
6.Tighten the nuts on the left bank to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 22 ± 1 N·m
