DISASSEMBLY SERVICE POINT

<<A>> COUNTER SHAFT FRONT BEARING REMOVAL

Use the special tool Bearing remover (MD998917) to remove the counter shaft front bearing

REASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS

1.Before reassembly, make sure that the counter shaft front bearing face the correct direction.

2.Using the special tool to install the counter shaft front bearing.

  • Install cap (MD998812)
  • Installer-100 (MD998813)
  • Installer adapter (30) (MD998816)

>>B<< SNAP RING INSTALLATION

Select and install snap ring so that counter shaft axial play reaches the standard value.
Standard value: 0 - 0.15 mm
