REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION



caution *: Indicates parts which should be temporarily tightened, and then fully tightened with the vehicle on the earth in an unladen condition.
Pre-removal Operation
  • Support the rear axle assembly with a jack

Post-installation Operation
  • Brake Fluid Filling and air bleeding (Refer to GROUP 35A, On-vehicle Service ).
  • Check the beam direction of the headlamp (Low beam) (Refer to GROUP 54A - Headlamp Aiming ). <Vehicles with headlamp automatic levelling system>

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

1.To install the stabilizer bar, assemble the joint cups and rubber bushings by the order and the specified direction as shown in the figure.
2.Install the lower nut on the stabilizer bar mounting bolt to the specified dimensions.
Standard value (A): 31.3 - 33.3 mm
3.Tighten the upper nut to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 42 ± 8 N·m
