DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION

FAIL-SAFE FUNCTIONS

If any malfunction is detected by the self-diagnostic function, ABS-ECU illuminates the ABS warning lamp, ABS warning display, brake warning lamp^* and brake warning display, and it disables ABS and EBD control.

*: The brake warning lamp is used as EBD control warning lamp.
