REMOVAL SERVICE POINT



<<A>> REAR BRAKE CALIPER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


1.Remove the rear brake caliper assembly with brake hose.
2.Hold the rear brake caliper assembly with a wire.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS



>>A<< SHIM / RETAINER INSTALLATION



1.Select an appropriate shim so that the clearance (B) between the parking lever and it reaches 0.1 - 0.35 mm.

2.Crimp the retainer firmly to the pin with pliers.

>>B<< ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION



Install the adjuster assemblies so that the shoe adjusting bolt is mounted to the rear of the vehicle on the right and left rear wheels at the rear side of the vehicle.
note For the adjuster assemblies, different parts are used for right and left rear wheels. Install the right-hand screw of the shoe adjusting bolt to the left rear wheel side, and the left-hand screw to the right rear wheel side.
