REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION


Pre-removal Operation
  • Power steering fluid draining.
  • Battery tray stay removal (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery ).
  • Under skid plate and engine room under cover front Removal (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
  • Alternator and others belt removal (Refer to GROUP 11G - Crankshaft Pulley ).

Post-installation Operation
  • Alternator and power steering oil pump drive belt installation (Refer to GROUP 11G - Crankshaft Pulley ).
  • Alternator and power steering oil pump drive belt tension check (Refer to GROUP 11G - On-vehicle Service - Drive belt tension check and adjustment ).
  • Under skid plate and engine room under cover front installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
  • Battery tray stay installation (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery ).
  • Power steering fluid supplying and bleeding.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS



>>A<< POWER STEERING OIL PRESSURE HOSE ASSEMBLY CONNECTION INSTALLATION


1.Install so that the mating marks are facing rearward.

2.Place the pressure hose stopper to touch the power steering oil pump stopper, and install the pressure hose assembly.

1.Install the suction hose so that the marking is positioned upward.
