Pre-removal and Post-installation Operation
  • Front bumper assembly removal and installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Front Bumper Assembly)
  • Front impact sensor (Refer to GROUP 52B - Front Impact Sensor)
  • Horn (HI), horn (LO) (Refer to GROUP 54A - Horn)
  • Radiator assembly removal and installation (Refer to GROUP 14 - Radiator)
  • Upper bar cover removal and installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Radiator Grille)

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

>>A<< PAD INSTALLATION
1.Use parts cleaner (MITSUBISHI MOTORS GENUINE Part No. MZ100387) or equivalent to degrease the pad application surface of the air guide panel.

2.Apply the pad according to the procedure below.
(1) Apply the specified primer to the pad installation position of the air guide panel.
Specified primer: 3M™ K-500 or 3M™ K-520
(2) Remove the liner paper placed on the adhesive area of the pad.
(3) Apply the pad to the air guide panel.
