IG status fault
TROUBLE JUDGEMENT
When the camera-ECU does not receive any ignition switch status signals from the ETACS-ECU
for 5 seconds, diagnosis code No.B254F will be set.
PROBABLE CAUSES
- Malfunction of ETACS-ECU
- Malfunction of camera-ECU
- Malfunction of CAN bus
DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE
STEP 1. M.U.T.-III CAN bus diagnostics
Use the M.U.T.-III to diagnose the CAN bus lines.
Q.
Is the check result normal?
Go to Step 2.
Repair the CAN bus line (Refer to GROUP 54C - Troubleshooting 
).
STEP 2. Diagnosis code recheck.
Check if diagnosis code No. U1109 is set.
Q.
Is the diagnosis code set?
Troubleshoot diagnosis code No. U1109 (Refer to ).
Go to Step 3.
STEP 3. Check whether the diagnosis code is set again.
Check again if the diagnosis code is set in the camera-ECU.

(1)Erase the diagnosis code.

(2)Turn the ignition switch from "LOCK" (OFF) position to "ON" position.

(3)Check if diagnosis code is set.
