When the e-Call battery is replaced, the time counter of
the e-Call battery needs to be reset.

If you fail to do this, the data list item"No. 5: e-Call battery life" may be fixed as
less than one year regardless of an actual battery age.
1.Connect M.U.T.-III to the diagnosis connector. 2.Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position. 3.Select "e-Call" from the "System Select" screen. Then, select the applicable
option code item and push the "OK" button. 4.Select "Special Function" on the next screen. 5.Select "Reset" on the "Special Function" screen. 6.Select "e-Call batt. time counter reset". 7.Before removing M.U.T.-III from the vehicle, turn the ignition key to the "LOCK" (OFF)
