Pre-removal and Post-installation Operations

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

>>A<< E-CALL CONTROL UNIT INSTALLATION

Install the e-Call control unit so that the "LH" mark faces as shown in the figure.

>>B<< STUD CLIP INSTALLATION

caution Whenever you disengage the stud clip from the stud bolt, you must replace it. An used clip cannot clamp the stud.
Wrap a new stud clip around the instrument panel wiring harness, engage its end with the stud bolt on the e-Call control unit bracket to secure the wiring harness.
