REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION


Pre-removal Operation
  • Under Skid Plate and Engine Room Under Cover Front Removal (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
  • Battery Tray Stay Removal (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery ).
  • EGR Valve Removal (Refer to GROUP 17 - Emission Control, EGR valve and EGR Cooler ) <4N1>.

 Post-installation Operation
  • EGR Valve Installation (Refer to GROUP 17 - Emission Control, EGR valve and EGR Cooler ) <4N1>.
  • Battery Tray Stay Installation (Refer to GROUP 54A - Battery ).
  • Under Skid Plate and Engine Room Under Cover Front Installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).

Remove the starter assembly from above the vehicle.
