DISASSEMBLY SERVICE POINT

<<A>> COUNTERSHAFT FRONT BEARING REMOVAL

Use the special tool Bearing remover (MD998917) to remove the countershaft front bearing

REASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS

>>A<< COUNTERSHAFT FRONT BEARING INSTALLATION

1.Before reassembly, make sure that the countershaft front bearing face the correct direction.

2.Using the special tool to install the countershaft front bearing.

  • Install cap (MD998812)
  • Installer-100 (MD998813)
  • Installer adapter (30) (MD998816)

>>B<< SNAP RING INSTALLATION

Select and install snap ring so that countershaft end play reaches the standard value.
Standard value: 0 - 0.15 mm
