DISASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS

<<A>> BALL BEARING REMOVAL

1.Use special tools to remove the ball bearing.

Brg remover (MD998917)
B base (MB991050)

2.Press the planetary gear assembly with a press and remove the ball bearing.

<<B>> NEEDLE ROLLER BEARING REMOVAL

1.Use special tool to remove the needle roller bearing.

Mount bush.R & I ring (MB990979)

2.Press the planetary gear assembly with a press and remove the needle roller bearing.

REASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS

>>A<< NEEDLE ROLLER BEARING INSTALLATION

1.Use special tools to install the needle roller bearing.

Installer bar (MB990938)
Installer adapter (MB990931)

2.Press the planetary gear assembly with a press and install the needle roller bearing.

>>B<< BALL BEARING INSTALLATION

1.Check the installation direction of the ball bearing, and put it on the planetary gear assembly.

2.Use special tool, Arm bush base (MB992125), install the ball bearing.
3.Press the planetary gear assembly with a press and install the ball bearing.

>>C<< SNAP RING INSTALLATION

1.Install the thickest snap ring that can be fitted in the snap ring groove of the planetary gear assembly.
2.Make sure that the ball bearing axial play meets the standard value.
Standard value: 0.1 mm or less
