Code No.P2757: Lock-up solenoid system (OFF sticking)

OPERATION

DIAGNOSIS CODE SET CONDITIONS

During driving with the selector lever in D range, the coolant temperature at 40°C or more, the drive mode selector position in other than 4L/4LLc, the shift range in 4th/5th, and the vehicle speed at 23 km/h or more, if a status continues for 2 seconds with which the difference between the engine speed and input shaft speed is 100 r/min or more (2 drive cycle), code No.P2757 is set.

PROBABLE CAUSES

Malfunction of valve body (lock-up solenoid)
Damaged harness wires and connectors
Malfunction of the A/T-ECU

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE

STEP 1. M.U.T.-III actuator test

Item 4: Lock-up solenoid

OK: Operating sound can be heard.

Q. Is the check result normal?

	Go to Step 2.

	Repair or replace the solenoid harness or valve body (lock-up solenoid and solenoid).

STEP 2. Check whether the diagnosis code is set again.

Check again if the diagnosis code is set.

Q. Is code No.P2757 set?

	Replace the A/T-ECU.
