Code No.P0605: ECU system (ROM error)


OPERATION


A/T-ECU checks the ROM for any abnormality.

DIAGNOSIS CODE SET CONDITIONS


If an abnormality is detected with the ROM in the ECU (1 drive cycle), code No.P0605 is set.

PROBABLE CAUSES

STEP 1. Check whether the diagnosis code is set again.
Check again if the diagnosis code is set.

Q. Is diagnosis code No.P0605 set?
Replace the A/T-ECU.
Intermittent malfunction. (Refer to GROUP 00 - How to Cope with Intermittent Malfunction .)
