1.Remove the manual valve
from the valve body assembly.

2.Using a screwdriver,
remove the E-ring from the manual valve.
3.Remove
the manual valve connecting rod from the manual
valve.

|
Remove the bolt to remove the 3way
solenoid assembly No. 1 (S1) from the valve body
assembly.

Remove the bolt to remove the 2way
solenoid assembly (S2) from the valve body
assembly.
SIZE: Bolt
M6 x 1.0 x 12

Remove the 2 bolts to remove the
3way solenoid assembly No. 2 (SR) from the valve body
assembly.
SIZE: Bolt
M5 x 0.8 x 12
mm

Be careful not to damage the
3way solenoid assembly No. 2 (SR).
|
Install the 3way solenoid assembly No. 2 (SR) to the
valve body assembly with the 2 bolts.
2.Tighten
the 3way solenoid assembly No. 2 (SR) mounting bolts to the
specified torque 6.7 ± 0.7
N·m

Be careful not to damage the
2way solenoid assembly (S2).
|
Install the 2way solenoid assembly (S2) to the valve
body assembly with the bolt.
2.Tighten the 2way
solenoid assembly (S2) mounting bolt to the specified torque
10 ± 2 N·m.

Install the 3way solenoid assembly No. 1 (S1) to the
valve body assembly with the bolt.
2.Tighten the
3way solenoid assembly No. 1 (S1) mounting bolt to the
specified torque 6.7 ± 0.7
N·m.

1.Install the manual valve
connecting rod with E-ring to the manual
valve.
2.Install the manual valve, manual valve
connecting rod and E-ring to the valve body
assembly.
