REAR DIFFERENTIAL LOCK SYSTEM AIR LEAKAGE CHECK <AIR PUMP TYPE>

1.Remove the rear differential lock air pump and remove the air hose from the air pump.

2.Connect a pressure gauge and air regulator to the air hose.

caution

Do not apply a higher pressure so as not to damage the air regulator.

Adjust the outside air pressure with the air regulator until the pressure gauge shows approx. 34 kPa.
4.Shut off the air valve.
5.If the pressure has not dropped more than 10 kPa after 10 minutes have passed, there can be no air leakage from the air hose etc.
