Post-installation Operation
  • Check the dust cover for cracks or damage by pushing it with finger.
  • Front wheel alignment check and adjustment.

REMOVAL SERVICE POINT

<<A>> COIL SPRING REMOVAL

Install as shown in the figure. Then, use a wrench to hold the special tool Coil spring compressor (MB992058), and remove the coil spring.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

>>A<< COIL SPRING INSTALLATION

Support the lower arm by the special tool Coil spring compressor (MB992058), and install the coil spring by compressing it using a jack.

>>B<< SHOCK ABSORBER INSTALLATION

Tighten the nuts until its protruding length meets the standard value (A).
Standard value (A): 2 - 3 mm
