INSPECTION PROCEDURE 4: The A/C compressor and clutch assembly does not work


COMMENTS ON TROUBLE SYMPTOM
If the power is not supplied to the A/C compressor and clutch assembly, the A/C compressor and clutch assembly circuits may be defective.

PROBABLE CAUSES

  • Malfunction of the A/C compressor and clutch assembly
  • Malfunction of the refrigerant temperature switch <4G6>
  • Malfunction of the A/C compressor relay
  • Malfunction of the Engine-ECU
  • Damaged harness wires or connectors

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE
1.Check A/C compressor assembly (Refer to ).
2.Check refrigerant temperature switch (Refer to ). <4G6>
3.Follow the trouble symptom procedures below:
