REMOVAL SERVICE POINTS



<<A>> INJECTION NOZZLE ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


caution Remove deposited carbon from the injection nozzle assembly before disassembling, reassembling and adjusting it. Prior to disassembly, check the injection nozzle for abnormal injection pressure, abnormal spray and fuel leaks. If it is found in order, do not disassemble the injection nozzle assembly.

<<B>> NOZZLE VALVE / NEEDLE TIP REMOVAL



caution
  • Be sure not to touch the sliding contact surface of the needle valve.
  • Be sure not to change the original combination of the needle valve and nozzle tip removed.

CLEANING



NEEDLE VALVE / NOZZLE TIP



Wash the needle valve and nozzle tip removed in clean kerosene (cleaning oil) and remove deposited carbon from them in the following manners using the specified tools.





  1. Remove carbon deposited on the tip of the needle valve using the Cleaning bar.
    caution For cleaning, never use a wire bush or any other hard metal tool.
  2. Remove carbon accumulated in the oil pit of the nozzle tip using the Cleaning scraper.
  3. Clean the seat of the nozzle tip using the Cleaning scraper.
    caution Use sufficient care not to damage the seat surface.
  4. To remove baked carbon, use the Fuso Carbon Remover
  5. Remove carbon deposited in the nozzle hole area of the nozzle tip by turning the Needle cleaner that runs through the nozzle hole.
    Cleaning needle diameter: Less than 1.0 mm
  6. Remove carbon deposited on the external surface of the nozzle tip using the Wire brush.
