Install the dowel pin at the specified position on the lower valve body.

Install the knock bushing onto the lower valve body position shown in the illustration.

Install the knock bushing onto the lower valve body position shown in the illustration.

Install the spring (7 mm in diameter, 17.3 mm in length) and the steel ball (6.4 mm in diameter) onto the lower valve body position shown in the illustration.

1.Install the spring (4.5 mm in diameter, 15.4 mm in length) and the steel ball (6.4 mm in diameter) onto the upper valve body position shown in the illustration. 2.Install the ball (rubber) (6.4 mm in diameter) onto the upper valve body position shown in the illustration. 3.After installing the seal ring onto the damping valve, install together with the damping valve spring (7.7 mm in diameter, 35.8 mm in length) onto the upper valve body position shown in the illustration.

Insert the control shaft into the valve body, putting the pin of the control shaft into the groove of the manual valve.
