REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION


Pre-removal operation
  • Discharging refrigerant.
  • Under skid plate removal (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ). <4D5>
  • A/C compressor drive belt removal (Refer to GROUP 11G - Crankshaft Pulley ). <4D5>
  • Power steering oil pump and A/C compressor drive belt removal (Refer to GROUP 11E - Crankshaft Pulley). <4N1>

 Post-installation Operation
  • A/C compressor drive belt installation (Refer to GROUP 11G - Drive Belt ). <4D5>
  • Power steering oil pump and A/C compressor drive belt installation (Refer to GROUP 11E - Drive Belt). <4N1>
  • A/C compressor drive belt tension check and adjustment (Refer to GROUP 11G - On-vehicle Service, A/C compressor drive belt tension check and adjustment ). <4D5>
  • Power steering oil pump and A/C compressor drive belt tension check and adjustment (Refer to GROUP 11E - On-vehicle Service, Power steering oil pump and A/C compressor drive belt tension check and adjustment). <4N1>
  • Under skid plate installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ). <4D5>.
  • Charging refrigerant.
