FLUID CHANGE




1.Raise and support the front wheels.
2.Removal the under skid plate (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under cover ).


3.Disconnect the power steering oil return hose connection (Refer to <L.H.drive vehicles>, <R.H.drive vehicles>), and then connect a vinyl hose to the power steering oil return hose, and drain the fluid into a container.



4.Disconnect the crank angle sensor connector.
note Doing this will prevent the engine-ECU from carrying out ignition and fuel injection.
5.While operating the starter motor intermittently, turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and right several times to drain all of the fluid.
6.Connect the return hose securely, and then secure with the clip.
7.Fill the oil reservoir with specified fluid up to between "MAX" and "MIN" marks, and then bleed the air (Refer to ).
MITSUBISHI MOTORS GENUINE PSF(Power Steering Fluid) or DEXRON III, DEXRON II
8.Connect the crank angle sensor connector, start the engine, and let it idle.
9.Installation the under skid plate (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
