REMOVAL SERVICE POINT

<<A>> SUPPORT THE MANUAL TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY OR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY

1.
  1. Use a transmission jack to support the transmission assembly.
  2. Support the transmission assembly.

2.
  1. Place the transmission assembly on the transmission jack attachment (MB991927).
  2. Support the transmission assembly.

3.
  1. Place a wooden piece (45 mm wide, 200 mm long and 45 mm thick) on the transmission jack.
    note Screw in bolts and nuts into the transmission jack as stoppers to prevent the wooden piece from sliding off.
  2. Place the transmission assembly on the transmission jack, being careful that the assembly does not touch the cooling fan.
  3. Support the transmission assembly.

4.
  1. Place a 10-mm thick wooden piece on the transmission jack attachment (MB991927) before attaching it to the transfer.
  2. Place the transmission assembly on the transmission jack attachment (MB991927).
  3. Support the transmission assembly.
